Founder and CIO

Erika Klauer began her career as a global semiconductor research analyst at Salomon Brothers and later at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown. She went on to join Jennison Associates, where she spent 24 years as an analyst and portfolio manager, expanding her coverage of semiconductors to the broader technology sector.

At Jennison Associates, Erika launched the firms’ technology strategy, PGKRX, and joined the firm’s flagship large cap growth product as portfolio manager in addition to her senior research responsibilities.

Widely regarded as a thought leader in technology investing, Erika brings deep domain expertise and a long-term perspective to innovation-driven growth strategies. On July 8, 2024, she founded Science & Technology Partners, a fundamental, research-driven hedge fund focused on technology and healthcare.
